compared with the older PBX systems are:

Telephone system only requires 1 Ethernet
connection for all IP phones compared with
line interface cards for every analog phone
on older PBX's.

service can be pay-in-advance using creditcards
and scratchcards or through the PMS system.

Using
VOIP over Internet you do not need expensive
leased lines or ISDN

VOIP
termination call charges can be very attractive
such as 1.5 pence to USA and 1.2 pence UK
national. This allows you apply a good markup
on guest phone calls while offering customers
lower call charges than via mobiles.

cost of the Telephone Server is typically
£1012 for up to 80 simultaneous calls
and hundreds of connected phones plus £600
switch installation.

We

Property
Management System Gateway
Instantaneous
billing for billback environments such as: hotels,
motels, resorts and hospitals. Telephony expenses
are a major cash-cow for most hospitality environments.
The PMSG provides all the necessary tools for
check-in, check-out, markups, surcharges and posting
to property management systems.

Pay-to-use
Users wishing to use the phone service first purchase
a PIN number online via creditcard or from a local
reception desk. To make a call they are first
requested by a recorded voice to enter the PIN
using the phone keypad. They can then make UK
and International phone calls until a recorded
voice informs them 60 seconds before credit runs
out. When credit is used up, the call is terminated
and another PIN is required to make more calls.
This
mode of operation can also be customised to suit
particular requirements.
Telephone
Switch
Our Linux based Telephony system can be entirely
IP based or a mixture of IP, Analog phones and
ISDN. The system supports both our Pay-In-Advance
Creditcard/Voucher based technology and PMS gateways
to popular Hotel billing system.
Call
Tariffs
Our call tariffs are highly competitive and proprietors
can make a profit by adding a margin to our call
charges. Calls
can be incoming and outgoing with geographic,
non-geographic and special numbers available.
Incoming
Operation
Incoming calls to a site (eg:Hotel) are
greeted by your customized announcement and a
request for the caller to enter the extension
they wish to call. Full answerphone, music on
hold, conferencing, call forwarding etc are all
available |
