Internet Telephone, remote access support and 24 hour monitoring for our hosted Internet billing services is included in the monthly subscription. Includes main controller only. Onsite is chargable.   Telephone, remote access support and 24 hour monitoring is £90 per month for annual contract and includes 1 day onsite visit plus expenses. Includes server, Wifi Controller, Access Points and Credit Card/Voucher processing.

Office hours for support are 9am to 6pm, monday to friday with out of hours on request.Specific Contracts are available for enhanced levels of support including emergency standby
